We tailor our JSA’s, lift plans & risk assessments to be comprehensive & consistent with legislative and customer requirements.
· Compliance With Legislation
We are fully compliant with AS2550.1/5 (“Cranes, hoists & winches – Safe Use – General requirements”/”Cranes, hoists & winches – Safe Use – Mobile cranes) & AS2550.10 (“Cranes – Safe Use – Elevating work platforms”). We also comply with any specialised site or customer requirements.
· Staff Experience & Training
Our personnel are highly trained with most having Open Class Crane Licenses (100+ tonne), Advanced Riggers tickets, multi combination Truck Drivers Licenses, EWP Licences & Forklift Licences. Our experience extends beyond pure equipment operation to project management, allowing us to assist you in achieving your project success.· Equipment
We operate the highest quality equipment, ensuring reliability and user ease, for maximum safety & convenience. This equipment includes JLG brand access equipment as well as Franna, Liebherr, Kato & Tadano cranes.· Equipment Maintenance
Sharp Cranes services & maintains equipment regularly to maximise safety & productivity on site. Cranes are subject to third party annual inspections as per Australian Standards (2550.1 and 2550.5) & we guarantee full compliance by utilising the CICA “Green Sticker” program.
All access equipment is also serviced & maintained to comply with AS2550.10. maximising equipment reliability.
As well as operational inspections before use, lifting equipment (slings, shackles etc) are inspected periodically & sling register records are kept.
